1. Are the doors for the stackable sets reversible?
No the doors on this stackable washer and dryer can not be reversed.
2. What parts do you need to vent the dryer?
The only thing you will need for venting this dryer is to purchase a standard 4 inch vent hose. If you wish to stack this washer and dryer you will need a Rear Stacking Kit which allows you stack them safely. You can always place them side by side if you don't wish to stack them.
3. What is the total wash to dry cycle time?
The wash and dry cycle times depend on the size of your load and what items you are washing. Wash times range from 20 minute quick wash to 160 minutes. Dry times range from 20 to 200 minutes. If you wish to use your combo on vented mode, dry time will be about 30% shorter than condensing mode.
4. How much space do I need behind this machine?
You will need a couple extra inches of space around your washer and dryer for proper ventilation. For the Vent hose, you will need 5 inches.
5. Does the washer use metric threaded fill hose connectors?
Yes this washer does use Metric Threaded Fill Hose Connectors. The size of thread is G3/4”.
6. How long is the electrical cord for the washing machine?
The Electrical Cord to this Washer is 5 Feet long.
7. Does this come in other colors?
This stackable washer and dryer is only available in the color white. You will find that we offer a wide variety of colors in our combo washer dryers.
8. Is this dryer ventless?
No. This dryer has to be vented to the outside of your space. If you are looking for a ventless option, please look into our combo washer dyers. Our combo's are both the washer and dryer in one unit and has the ability to be used on vented OR ventless mode.
9. Do you offer a pedestal for the stacked pair?
The Pedestal that we offer goes with our combo washer dyer's only. When the washer and dryer are stacked, this is too much weight for a pedestal underneath both units.
10. Is (are) electrical cord(s) provided with unit or sold separately?
The power cords are provided when you purchase this stackable set. If you plan to Stack them instead of place them side by side you will need to purchase a Rear Stacking Kit to safely stack the dryer on top of the washer. You will also need to purchase a standard 4 inch vent hose to properly vent your dryer. The water supply lines and power cord is included with your purchase.
11. If I need to replace my air and lint filters, where can I get them?

12. Can these be used side by side?
YES! Absolutely this set can be placed side by side or stacked. If you plan to place them side by side then you will not need to purchase a rear stacking kit. The only other thing you need to purchase is a standard 4 inch vent hose to vent your dryer to the outside of your space.
13. What are the accessories with this item?
Normally this Stackable set comes with the power cords and the water supply lines only. In this accessory included set you will receive those items along with an inside Vent Kit, The Rear stacking kit which allows you to stack the dryer on top of the washer safely and 2 boxes of High Efficiency Laundry Detergent.
14. Has anyone tried to put these in a camper?
Yes our customers love installing this stackable set into their RV's. This set is compact in size and made for smaller living such as RV's and Tiny homes or customers who have smaller laundry needs. You will find this Stackable Washer & Dryer to be the perfect space saving set for your Camper.
15. Is this set up for an RV/camper?
YES this combo washer dyer is perfect for RV's because of it's size. It is the smallest combo that is on the market today. Our customers love having both the washer and dryer in one unit while saving the space that two units would take up in an RV. You can use this combo washer dyer on vented mode or non vented.
16. How many bath towels are 13 lbs or adult jeans?
You can fit 4 regular size bath towels in this washer! 4 Pairs of Jeans will fit into this washer per cycle as well! You will find that this set is compact in size but a great option for customers who have smaller laundry needs or smaller living spaces!
17. Can any of the RV stackable washer & dryers be vented?
Yes the dryer is vented. It will require a standard 4 inch vent hose.
18. Does both the washer and dryer run on 110 volts?
Yes, both machines run off 100 v electricity-regular wall plug.
19. What is the total weight for the washer and dryer?
The washer weights 156 pounds and the Dryer weights 73 pounds. You can place these units side by side or stack the dyer on top of the washer with the purchase of a rear stacking kit.
20. Does this come with a tray under the washer?
No this stackable washer and dryer does not come with a tray but you can certainly add this on as an accessory. It is called "Flip Up Side Drip Pan." The dimensions are 2.75” H x 24” W x 24” D. The model number is: DPP2835.
21. Do we require to purchase an external Kit to Stack them?
The washer and dryer can be placed side by side OR you can stack the dryer on top of the washer with the purchase of a "Rear Stacking Kit". This kit allows you to stack them safely. It is not included but can be added on as an accessory. The part number for this Rear Stacking Kit is: RSK 3070.
22. Can the washer and dryer be used at the same time?
This depends on the amount of power in your outlet that you are using and how your space was wired. If you have a 30 amp breaker it should work to run both at the same time. If not, then you can run them 1 by 1 or both at the same time with the use of 2 separate outlets.
23. What breaker and wiring is required? Are the washer and dryer in separate circuits?
No special power is needed for this stackable washer and dryer. They both run off a regular 110 volt outlet. To run them both at the same time you will need 2 separate outlets.
24. Is this available with a gas dryer?
All of our products are electric only. We do not offer any Gas Appliances. Our products are made with the upmost technology in mind and are very energy efficient running on just 110 volts of electrical power.
25. Can dryer vent from the top?
No, the dryer has a vent in the back and needs to be vented out the back of the machine with a Standard 4 inch vent hose. This stackable set is compact in size and can be placed side by side or stacked with the dryer on top of the washer with the purchase of a Rear Stacking Kit.
