Works really good for our tiny new 400 sq ft home. You can only do VERY small loads and that is an adjustment, but its super space efficient and energy/water efficient. I LOVE that it has a timer on the washing machine, something i wish ALL washing machines had. I havent figured out how to customize the washes like it says you can but im sure i just havent played around with it enough. ALSO i should add, this is our first pair of machines we have ever hooked up and the instructions were very clear
