Great little machine. We purchased this combo unit last fall for our tiny house build. It worked better than expected, clothes came out dry when vented, and even on the condensing mode.

Actually, pretty good. Installed in RV. Very easy to connect-no leaks from water supply hoses. Have only used once to wash small load. This is not a household machine, so dont expect more than it is. It works fine, but I'm sure you'll still need to go to laundry for heavy items. Was very surprised how hot machine dried inside. Light load came out dry. Not damp. Machine does have some moisture around soap drawer, i think because of condensation. It was expected, so don't panic, part of the operation. Machine does shake during spin cycle. Really, this machine operated better than expected.

This combo washer dryer comes with a 1 year parts and labor warranty. You can purchase an extended warranty directly through Home Depot if you wish to.

Does the dryer actually add heat?

This combo washer dryer washes and dries your clothes with heat all in one compact unit. Our customers love having the ability to use this combo on vented mode or non vented mode which is called condensing mode. If you choose to use your machine on non vented mode then you will experience about 30% longer dry time verses vented mode.

Can this be placed directly under a kitchen counter or does it need venting above the unit?

YES! You can place this combo washer dyer directly under a kitchen counter. We have a lot of customers who replace their dishwasher space with this combo washer dryer and use this combo on Condensing mode. You will need proper ventilation on both the sides and back of the machine to make sure that this unit does not become overheated with improper ventilation.

Keep in mind that you will need proper ventilation on the sides and back so that your machine does not become over heated. You can use your combo on vented mode traditionally OR on non vented mode which is called "Condensing".

Is the door reversible?

No the door is not reversible on this combo washer dyer. It is left swing only. You will find this combo washer dryer to be a sleek all in one unit with energy efficiency!

Can the water temperature be manually set?

You can not manually change the water settings and temperatures. These are preprogrammed with the machine and can not be changed.

What is the drum size?

This compact combo washer dyer has a drum size of 1.57 cubic feet. You can wash up to 13 pounds of laundry in one cycle. You will not be able to wash larger bulky items such as blankets or quilts in this machine.

" What is the run time start to finish?

there are 13 different wash cycles ranging from 12 minuets to 75 minuet cycles. There are 12 different dry cycles ranging from 12 minuets to 120 minuets. The run time depends on the type of clothing you are washing/drying and what cycle you choose. If you are looking for a short cycle this combo offers a quick wash which is 20 minuets and the dry time is 1 hour!

What are the tubes needed to complete the installation for this machine?

This combo washer dyer will come with the power cord and the water lines that you need. The only thing you need to purchase before use is a standard 4 inch vent hose if you plan to vent your machine traditionally to the outside of your space. You can find this vent hose at your local Home Depot!

can you wash sheets and blankets in this washer?

You can wash one set of sheets in this combo washer dyer with no issues. Pillow cases included! No larger bulky items such as blankets or comforters can be washed in this compact machine.

" Do you need a 220 line to use this product?

This compact combo washer dryer runs off of a regular 110 volt outlet. You will not need any special upgraded power to run this unit.

What type of laundry detergent or fabric softener can be used?

This compact combo washer dyer uses High Efficiency laundry detergent. This can be easily found anywhere including Lowes. You will only need a small amount of detergent and fabric softener since this unit is smaller in size. We do offer our brand of Equator Laundry detergent as well!

Is the capacity large enough to wash large heavy quilts

The capacity of this machine is a queen size sheet set. (Flat sheet, fitted sheet, and a couple of pillow cases). It is not recommended to put a large heavy quilt in this machine.
